We highly recommend creating an account during checkout so you can easily track your order's progress later.
3. Wait for our email & pop it in the post
Keep an eye on your inbox! We will send you a confirmation email containing our secure workshop address details. Once you receive it, safely package your console or controller to protect it during transit. We just ask that you send it over using a tracked shipping service so you can keep a close eye on its journey to us.
4. Expert Diagnosis and Repair
As soon as your package safely arrives at our Leicester workshop, our expert technicians conduct a thorough inspection and diagnostic benchmark to evaluate the fault. From there, we dive straight into the repair using top-tier components and precision techniques, ensuring your gaming gear is brought back to perfect factory performance.
5. Track Your Repaired Device's Return
After passing our strict final testing and quality control checks, we securely package your device and ship it straight back to your door. We will provide you with a tracking number so you know exactly when to expect it. In the rare event that your hardware is unrepairable, we keep things simple and fair: a full refund is issued, minus a transparent £10 fee to cover our handling and return postal costs.
