How much does a PS5 HDMI port repair cost?
£80 by post, including free tracked return, or £70 if you drop it off at our Leicester workshop. Most are fixed the same day and covered by our 90-day warranty.
How much is a PS5 controller stick drift repair?
£25 by post for one stick (£15 base fee plus £10 per stick), or £20 if you drop it off in Leicester. TMR stick upgrades that stop drift coming back are £15 per stick plus the base fee.
Is it cheaper to drop my console off?
Yes. Drop-off repairs at our Leicester workshop cost £10 less than postal repairs for consoles and £5 less for controllers, because there's no return postage. Drop-off is by appointment, 7 days a week, 8am to 10pm.
Where are you and when are you open?
22 Crown Hills Avenue, Leicester LE5 4HD. Monday to Sunday, 8am to 10pm, by appointment only.
How long does a repair take?
Most repairs are finished the same day. Book an appointment to drop off in Leicester, or post your device to us.
What happens if you can't fix it?
Diagnosis is free. If you dropped it off in Leicester, there's nothing to pay. If you posted it to us, we charge £10 to cover return postage and handling.
Can I post my console to you from outside Leicester?
Yes. Book the repair online, post your console or controller to us, and we send it back by Royal Mail Tracked once it's fixed. Return postage is free, and insured Special Delivery is available.
Is there a warranty on repairs?
Yes. Every repair comes with a 90-day warranty.
